Let's find YOUR numbers

Don't know your recruits-per-associate off the top of your head? No problem. Answer a few quick questions using totals you already have, and we'll build your personal Road to $1,000,000.

1 Your income, on pace

Based on the numbers you entered, here’s what your base shop is on track to earn in a year. Everything below breaks down exactly how it’s built โ€” move the slider and every number updates live.

Projected annual income
$0
โ‰ˆ $0 / month (that’s the annual ÷ 12)
Each added associate โ‰ˆ +$0 / yr
Built on 100 associates at your meetings each month — which takes about 33 directs at a 3-to-1 ratio, producing about 113 recruits a month.

2 The one lever: your meeting attendance

This single number drives the entire report. Set it to the associates you consistently have at your meetings each month, then slide it toward 100 to see your road.

4 What your base shop produces

For every associate who shows up to your meetings, this is what your shop generates each month โ€” recruits, applications, points, and new licensed agents โ€” plus the directs behind the room.

Monthly base-shop figures. Directs behind this = the attendance above ÷ your ratio (each direct brings about 3 associates to a meeting) — it’s the width that seats your current number, not more directs to reach 100. For the directs it takes to get to 100, see the gap bar above.

5 Your Great Equalizer Bonus level

The GEB level your monthly numbers qualify for, what it adds to your contract, and exactly how many associates away each higher level is. You can also model your income at a level you hit most months.

Based on your averages. This GEB level comes from the monthly averages in the data you entered. Because GEB is earned month to month, your actual level will vary โ€” some months you may hit a higher level, some lower. This shows where your average lands, not your best or worst month. Set your attendance to the number you consistently hold.

6 How it turns into income

Your production paid out two ways: your personal points at your full contract, and the team’s points at your override spread โ€” each at its own placement rate.

Your assumptions โ€” tune these โ–พ

Defaults are pre-loaded from the real base-shop example (1.13 recruits, 1.52 apps, 2,042 points, 0.08 licensed agents per associate). Your GEB bonus is calculated automatically from your monthly recruits, points, and licensed agents โ€” you only set your base contract level here. Your override on the team is the differential โ€” your contract (base + GEB) minus your team's contract level (your directors at 60%) โ€” so it grows as your GEB grows. Your ratio is your own associates-per-direct number, and with "Grows as I scale" on, your personal production rises by the same percentage your business grows. Change any box to make it yours.

8 What you’re leaving on the table

The single most powerful move is widening your base — every personal direct you add brings more associates to the room, and that expands everything above it. Here’s what more width is worth to you.
